Silego Technology expands its product portfolio with two new flagship components of its one-time programmable GreenPak ( GPAK ) mixed-signal gate array family. With GreenPak devices , conventional discrete ICs and passive components can easily be integrated into a single component . The SLG46721 and SLG46722 offer the highest level of functionality , a higher number of I / Os per component (18 ), and the highest level of performance in the GPAK family. Due to the higher precision of the oscillator frequency and the analog precision is the range of possible applications in which the SLG46721 SLG46722 and can be used as a substitute for discrete analog, digital, and passive components has increased dramatically. The GPAK Designer software enables development work in an intuitive GUI interface . Both components are part of the highly successful GPAK family, which has over 300 million units sold since its launch four years ago.
"With the SLG46721 and the SLG46722 , we aim to provide our customers with the integration of 30 components ," says Nathan John , Director of Marketing at Silego . " The CMICs of Silego give designers the opportunity to reduce the power consumption of their boards drastically , while reducing board area . Starting with the I / Os of each resource type has been extended to these components , thus allowing complex customer designs. Additionally , the accuracy of the oscillator and improvement of the analog components and thus increases the benefits of the system . These new devices to support a large number of applications , such as the sequencing of power supplies, sensor interface , programmable reset applications, and lighting control. "
The SLG46721 and SLG46722 are available in a 20 - pin 2 x 3 x 0.55 mm ³ STQFN housing.
Target applications include :
- Consumer sector : tablets, smartphones and notebooks , which represent space , cost and design security key criteria
- Industry: motor control, POS systems , sensor interfaces , peripheral boards and embedded PCs
- Telecommunications : Sequencing the power supply and voltage monitoring
- Internet of Things
- Scientific Instruments
- Medical devices
